The Bio Domes are spherical environmental infrastructures capable of deep space travel. They were constructed by Insignia Life Enterprises. It is understood that The Mechas were recruited to construct the Bio Domes, as well as Tier City.
A number of promotional messages are heard on the Network Feed advertising the lottery of a lifetime for The Lucky Two Thousand to become the first to inhabit the Bio Domes. These messages also explain that the Bio Domes feature reconstituted bodies of water, real gen-mod species and lush vegetation just like Old Earth.
