Delivery Drones are an established way to transport all products and luxury goods throughout Tier City. Due to the scale of Tier City, Delivery Drones are flown outside of the megastructure in order to access tiers and pods as quickly as possible.

Delivery Drones are believed to be incredibly expensive. Rachel explains that the fine for a crashed drone is five to six years of credits, even resulting in prison.
